This privacy policy sets out how Shop Rite Inc./Tobacco Plus Inc. and/or its affiliates and subsidiaries (“Company”) uses and protects your Personal Information (as defined hereinbelow) that you provide Company.  Please read this policy carefully.

 

Company is committed to protecting your privacy.  You can visit most pages on our site without giving us any information about yourself, but sometimes we do need the information to provide the services that you request.  This privacy statement explains Company’s data collection and uses in those situations.

Company has a firm policy of protecting the Personal Information of our customers.  “Personal Information” is personally identifiable information about you, such as your name, home address, email address, and telephone number.  Personal Data does not include “aggregated” or “de-identified” information that does not specifically identify an individual.  Personal Information is only shared with your consent except for the specific purposes below, in accordance with all applicable laws.

Moreover, Company does not control information collected by third parties and, as such, shall not be responsible for the collection, usage, and disclosure policies and practices (including the data security practices) of third parties.  The inclusion of a link on Company’s website or mobile application does not imply Company’s endorsement of the linked site or service.
