This privacy policy sets out how Shop Rite Inc./Tobacco Plus Inc. and/or its affiliates and subsidiaries (“Company”) uses and protects your Personal Information (as defined hereinbelow) that you provide Company. Please read this policy carefully.

Our website provides information about our stores, the Programs, and the products we sell. Moreover, Company does not control information collected by third parties and, as such, shall not be responsible for the collection, usage, and disclosure policies and practices (including the data security practices) of third parties.
